For orders with total weight of less than 1 kg, we process your orders as individual items.

(ii) Shipment methods

Individual items are sent via the very reliable international airmail service by the Hong Kong Post Office. http://hongkongpost.com

It normally takes 4 to 7 business days to arrive at most destinations worldwide, although there are variances which may go up to 2 weeks. For reliable express shipment, you can choose UPS as your shipping option at a higher shipping charge. You should receive the products within 5 days.

We are not responsible for wrong addresses. Shipping and Handling charges cover much more than postage costs. It mostly includes the quality control overhead, order processing operations and packaging materials.

Bulk orders

For orders with total quantity of over 20 items, we process your orders as a bulk order.

SpeedPost is provided by the very reliable Hong Kong Post Office.

Tax and Duty

Please be advised that the Customs Department of your country could impose duty or sales tax on your ordered item when it enters your country.

However, based on our experience, it seldom happens to small lot orders like ours. Do find out the local regulations and the maximum value of import for duty exemption. We would appreciate your understanding that we cannot be responsible for any tax or duty charged by your government on the purchase.

We accept credit card payment through PayPal payment system, (Credit terms are not available). We also accept Money Order and Bank Transfer.
